The display, presentation, sale, transport-storage, delivery, and any return of our products displayed on this website, as well as the protection of your personal data and the security of your transactions, are governed by these terms of use, which we invite you to read before browsing ZaArtcreations.com.gr and making your purchases. Your browsing on ZaArtcreations.com.gr, as well as any transaction or communication with our company, means your unconditional acceptance of these terms of use. In case of disagreement or reservation regarding part or all of these terms, you can send your relevant email to [email protected] before browsing or making the transaction. Otherwise, your acceptance of all terms is unconditional.

Our company reserves the right to modify, renew, or upgrade at any time and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of ZaArtcreations.gr (in whole or in part):

c) part or all of the external appearance (interface), the structure, or composition (configuration) of ZaArtcreations.com.gr, as well as its technical specifications.

The company also reserves the right, at any time, without justification and without prior notice to the user/consumer/visitor/member of ZaArtcreations.com.gr, to cancel, suspend, or terminate the operation of ZaArtcreations.gr. The user/consumer/visitor/member of ZaArtcreations.com.gr acknowledges and unconditionally accepts all of the above by simply browsing and/or using the services of ZaArtcreations.gr.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The online store ZaArtcreations.com.gr displays, promotes, and resells the products of the suppliers with whom it collaborates. The company reserves the right to freely select the products it displays on ZaArtcreations.com.gr and to modify, renew, and/or withdraw them at any time and without prior notice. The same applies to its pricing policy, any offers, and discounts, which it may freely select and carry out, as well as modify, renew, and/or withdraw at any time and without prior notice and/or compliance with a deadline.

RECEIVE ORDER REQUEST & COMPLETE ORDERS
ZaArtcreations.com.gr is a store that collaborates with a multitude of suppliers, importers, and manufacturers (foreign and domestic) in order to bring you a very wide range of products at the best possible prices. Therefore, although we take every possible measure for the availability of our products as it appears on ZaArtcreations.com.gr, there may be cases where a product displayed on ZaArtcreations.com.gr is not ultimately available or is not available within the delivery time stated on ZaArtcreations.com.gr, for reasons that are beyond our control. For this reason and in order to fully inform you and protect you as much as possible from unforeseen events, orders are completed as follows:

a) SENDING AN ORDER REQUEST:
You can navigate our online store, freely select the products of your choice from ZaArtcreations.com.gr and place them in your shopping cart. Then, following the ‘steps’ indicated to you each time, you should proceed to send your order request to our company. In order to provide you with better and more complete service and to facilitate your future purchases, during your first order, you will register as a user of ZaArtcreations.com.gr by filling in all your personal information requested in the corresponding registration form. Then, each time after completing your purchases, you will fill in all the details of your order request that appear on the order form. All data sent to our company fall under the strict personal data protection policy of our company and are collected and processed with complete security and diligence, and only after your explicit consent is provided by sending the above form. In any case, every time you send an order request to our company, you must first have accepted these terms of use, which govern all transactions between us as referred to in article 1 above. You are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data, which our company knows only upon your declaration.

Upon sending your order request, an automated message appears that includes the details of the order request that our company will receive, which is also sent to you at the email address you have provided to us. All your requests are received by us subject to checking the availability of the products included in your order request (which check is carried out after the start of the processing stage that follows your request). During the stage of receiving your request and automatically displaying the content of your order request, the processing of your request by our company has not yet begun.

b) ORDER REQUEST PROCESSING:
If your order request is sent from 9:00 to 13:30 on a working day and time (from Monday to Friday), then you will immediately receive a message at the email address you have indicated to us, indicating that your request is being processed by our company. Otherwise, you will receive this message within the next working day. During the processing of your request, the availability of all the products included in your order request is checked.

i) In case there is availability of all the products included in your request within the delivery time indicated in our online store, then a message will be sent to the email address and/or mobile phone number you have provided to us, confirming your order and including all its details. The products will then be shipped based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.

ii) In the event that any of the items you placed in the order are not available and/or that a product will be available after the delivery time indicated in our online store, then our Company will contact you either by message to the email address and/or mobile phone number that you have provided to us or by direct telephone contact with you through its representative (or by all of the above methods) in order to agree with you on any modification, correction, or cancellation of your order. If it is not possible to contact you for a period of 10 days from the sending of your order request, your request will be automatically canceled, and you will have to send a new request to us again. In any case, any new order of yours (modified or not) will be sent to you again with a new email message and/or to the mobile phone number that you have provided to us, and this message will also constitute the confirmation of your order on the basis of which you will execute your order. The products will then be shipped based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.

c) Our company may contact you via email and/or text message to the mobile phone number you have provided to us during your registration throughout the period up to and including the delivery of your order to you for any matter relating to the receipt, processing, execution, and/or transfer of your order and/or payment and/or return of the products or for anything else. The parties agree that such communication (via email and/or text message to the mobile phone number you have provided to us – SMS) also covers the legal requirements of informing you in writing, notifying you, confirming your order, where and when the law requires it. In case you wish to express your objections or to provide you with clarifications regarding the content of a message you have received as mentioned above, or for any other reason, you can contact us either by sending an email and/or a reply message to the SMS you have received and/or by calling us directly at 00000000000.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

In order to serve you better and more fully, our company offers a choice of payment methods for the products you are interested in purchasing, which, as discussed below, are linked to the processing time of your order request and/or the time of shipping the product to you. After you have decided which payment method suits you, select the corresponding payment method in the appropriate section of your order request form and enter your necessary details if needed. The collection and processing of the payment details you send us fall under the strict personal data protection policy that our company adheres to and are collected and processed with complete security and diligence and only after your consent is provided to us when sending your order request. Especially for credit card payments, all necessary security measures are taken in cooperation with the cooperating financial institutions to ensure the maximum possible protection of your electronic transactions and to secure your payments.

The payment methods are specifically the following:

a) CASH ON DELIVERY
If you have chosen cash on delivery as the payment method, you must pay the corresponding price and any agreed costs, e.g. transportation, upon receipt of the product from the carrier of our choice (ACS courier). The cash on delivery cost per shipment is €2.00, including VAT, regardless of the value of the order.

b) TO BANK ACCOUNT
If you have chosen bank deposit as your payment method, then you must prepay your order (and any agreed costs, e.g. transportation) in order to begin the process of processing your order request and the reservation of the products included in it by us, to one of our company’s accounts that appear on the order form and in the email that you will receive immediately after your order is processed, citing your order code as the reason.

You must then send us a copy of the specific deposit via e-mail to 2241024112. After receiving a valid copy of the deposit of the total amount, the order processing and confirmation process will follow, and the relevant e-mails and/or messages will be sent to the mobile phone number you have provided to us. In case of failure to receive a copy within 7 calendar days or failure to receive a valid copy of the deposit of the total amount, your order will be canceled without penalty, and the sales contract will be considered as never having been drawn up. A relevant message will be sent to you, canceling your order request to the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number you have provided to us. In the event of cancellation or modification of your order until the product(s) are shipped, an interest-free refund process will be followed, after contacting you using one of the above-mentioned methods of communication (article 3c above) in order to provide us with the bank account number to which you wish the deposit to be made.

c) BY CREDIT CARD

ZaArt Creations accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover credit,debit and prepaid cards. Credit card details are not stored or collected by ZaArt Creations. Credit card payments are processed in the most secure environment of the Bank.

When you select this payment method, you will need to fill in all your credit card details to complete the order request.
ATTENTION: Once you click Complete Order, do not close the browser or change pages until the process is confirmed/completed.

If you have chosen credit card as your payment method, the process will be carried out and completed through our trusted partner – a banking institution that provides all the security guarantees for electronic transactions. All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

i) Before confirming your order, your credit card will be pre-authorized with a reservation of the total amount (price and any agreed costs, e.g. transportation) in order to make the corresponding reservation of the product(s) that we will send to you. For certain credit cards that are not technically possible to pre-authorize at this stage, the final charge of the total amount will be made. In the event that there is a problem with your pre-authorization at the stage of confirming your order, then the company will contact you using one of the methods mentioned in article 3c above to resolve the matter. If none of the provided methods of communication with you become possible for any reason for a period of 10 days from sending your order request, your request will be automatically canceled, and you will need to send a new request to us again. In this case, a relevant message will be sent to the email address you have provided us with, canceling your order request. In case of successful pre-approval, your card will be charged when the products are shipped to you.

ii) In the event that at any point, even after the product you have ordered has been shipped to you, even though the aforementioned pre-approval has been received, if by mistake and/or due to a technical or other problem and/or for any other reason and cause, your card has not been definitively charged with the corresponding price and expenses, our Company has the right to proceed with the definitive charge of the amount and expenses corresponding to your executed order at any later stage, at any point in time. With your definitive charge, a relevant message will be sent to the email address and/or mobile phone number you have provided to us.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present upon receipt of your order, having your credit card and your ID with you. If the order is placed on behalf of a company, then the credit card you use must be a corporate card. That is, it must have been issued to the details of the respective company. Also, the authorized holder must be present upon delivery with their credit card and ID.

5. PRODUCT DELIVERY / SHIPPING COSTS

a) Upon confirmation of your order, you will be informed by message to the email address and/or mobile phone number you have provided us with regarding the delivery time of your products depending on the area you have chosen to have the products sent to you.

b) In any case, your order will be sent to you by our company via a partner carrier of its choice (ACS courier) during working hours and days (Monday – Friday). Pursuant to the basic delivery schedule of our partner courier company, deliveries are as follows:

– within 24 hours of sending the products to the carrier within Attica

– within 48 hours of sending the products to the carrier, in other areas (mainland and island Greece)

– within 72 hours of sending the products to the carrier, to remote and inaccessible destinations, barring unforeseen circumstances and with all reservations.

Our company and its partners take all necessary measures for the valid delivery to you of the products you have ordered based on the above schedule. However, it is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. For example, it is not responsible for causes of delivery delays due to delays at customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or other types of strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company’s warehouses by our suppliers, etc. In the event of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you at the details you have provided in order to inform you about this and to agree with you on the new delivery or the delivery of another product.

Although we have taken every possible care to inform you of any unavailability of a product, there is still the possibility that there may be an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product from our suppliers (even after your order has been confirmed). In this case, our company will again make every effort to contact you based on the contact methods mentioned above in 3c in order to inform you and to agree with you on the new delivery or the delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order without penalty for both parties and the interest-free refund of any money that may have been paid within a reasonable period of time.

c) Without prejudice to any specific charges that will be expressly provided for in a product posted on our website and in any case in your order confirmation, generally the shipping cost is as follows:

– For orders with a total value of up to €62.00 including VAT, the shipping cost is €2.00 including VAT for shipments within Greece.

– For orders with a total value of over €62.00 including VAT, shipping is FREE throughout Greece.

6. PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal 14 days from receipt of his order and request a refund and not necessarily a new order, without justifying the return.

The trader must refund the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, he may delay the refund if he does not receive the products or a receipt for their return.
The money refunded will include the shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase.

a) The process for returning products you have ordered from our website is simple and is carried out entirely electronically via email at [email protected]

Specifically:

 Please note what you want to happen (refund, credit, replacement with the same, replacement with another, etc.), note the reason for the return, the code of the product(s) you want to return and the order number to which the specific product(s) pertain.

b) In order for the return of products (defective or not) to be valid, the above procedure must be carried out and the relevant electronic order must be received by our Company within the time limit set in the product return policy (article 7) for each case of product return.

c) In any case where a return or replacement of a product is provided for, as provided for below in article 7, the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, they must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (conforms to the Company’s codes) and be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Shipping Note, Retail Receipt, etc.).

d) Upon receipt of the product you have returned, you will be informed via email and/or message to the mobile phone number you have indicated to us during your registration, while for each subsequent procedure (such as, for example, sending a new product, replacement, etc.) you will be informed via email and/or message to the mobile phone number you have indicated to us during your registration, as well as based on the procedure in article 3 above.

e) Especially for the return of products whose order was placed by telephone, the return of the products, regardless of the reason, will be carried out after consultation with the competent department on the contact telephone number 0000-000000 , always within the deadline and under the conditions set out in the product return policy (article 7) during working days and hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 – 14:00).

7. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

1) WITHDRAWAL

For all categories of our products, you have the right to return the product you received within 10 (ten) calendar days from the day you received it, without any cost other than the return costs (courier, shipping, postage, or other) if required, in accordance with the company’s Returns Policy. The return process will be done at your own risk and expense (unless otherwise specified from time to time by the Company in general or specifically for certain products).

Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal within 10 days are:

  • The product must not have been used.
  • No labels or markings (e.g., stickers, brand markings, etc.) on the products from clothing, footwear, and accessories should have been removed.
  • All items must be returned in the excellent condition they were received, without damage, and without any defect (with the exception of the return of a defective product).
  • The product must be complete, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all necessary documents.
  • For items with special packaging (such as, but not limited to, hygiene-related products like swimwear or underwear), the packaging must not have been tampered with or damaged.

2) RETURN AND/OR REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

a) Our company takes every possible measure to ensure that all products (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packaged to reach you without damage. However, in very rare cases, there is a possibility that the product may be damaged during shipment or may arrive with a defect. Regardless of your above-mentioned right of withdrawal, which remains unaffected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.

b) If you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have received the product from our company unconditionally. However, if you find damage or defects in the product, you can inform us by contacting us via email at [email protected] or by phone at +30 22410 21801, indicating whether you would like a replacement product or would prefer to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to receive a replacement product, follow the return procedure described in Article 6a.

c) If the product you received is proven defective in its manufacture, you may request a replacement with the same or another product of your choice, request the issuance of a credit note valid for one financial year, or request an interest-free refund of the money paid if the product you wish to replace is not available. Please send the relevant electronic order no later than 10 (ten) days from receipt.

8. POSSIBILITY OF ORDER CANCELLATION

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

a) Before shipping/receiving the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an email to [email protected] or by phone at +30 22410 21801.

b) After receipt of the product – You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 (ten) calendar days.

9. USE/FUNCTION & WEBSITE CONTENT

a) Use/Operation of zaartcreations.gr
Both parties (the company and the consumer) are bound to the correct use and operation of the website based on good faith and transactional ethics. To have correct and complete access to zaartcreations.gr, the JavaScript language must be activated in the browser, and the ability to receive cookies must be enabled. In any case, the user/consumer/visitor/member undertakes and accepts that they will not use zaartcreations.gr to send, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, offensive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise discriminatory; may cause harm to minors; is prohibited by law or contractual or management relationships (e.g., inside information, proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements); infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of a third party; contains software viruses or any other code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy, or disable the operation of any software or computer hardware; or intentionally or unintentionally violates applicable Greek and Community legislation and its provisions. Furthermore, users are prohibited from using the site to harass third parties or collect or store personal data regarding other users.

b) Content
The company takes every possible measure to ensure the correct publication and display of information regarding the products promoted through zaartcreations.gr. However, our company is not responsible for any errors related to the operation of the online store, such as typographical errors, technological failures, or incorrect information from suppliers, even if due to negligence. The retail prices of the products are mostly determined by the suppliers. Under no circumstances should their appearance and display on zaartcreations.gr be construed as a transfer and/or assignment of a license and/or right to use them.

Based on the above, the total or partial copying, distribution, transfer, processing, storage, reproduction, republication, modification, and any related action on the above elements is expressly prohibited, without the express prior written consent of the company. Otherwise, such actions may constitute an infringement of the intellectual/industrial property rights of the company, which reserves the right to claim any positive and consequential damage caused to it in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
