SHIPPING POLICY

The shipment of the products is carried out through a courier company that meets our specifications and has been selected by ZaArtcreations, ensuring that we provide you with exceptionally high-quality services.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

• The delivery of available products is made within 24 hours of sending the products to the carrier within Attica.
• For areas outside of Attica (mainland and island Greece), the delivery will occur within 48 hours of sending the products to the carrier.
• For remote and inaccessible destinations, delivery will take place within 72 hours of sending the products to the carrier, unless unforeseen circumstances arise, and with all reservations.

Shipping Costs

• For orders with a total value of up to €50, including VAT, the shipping cost is €3 including VAT within Greece.
• For orders with a total value of over €50, shipping is FREE throughout Greece.
• Bulky and heavy products are excluded from free shipping, and you will be informed of the shipping cost after telephone contact.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the geographical location and the day of the order. ZaArtcreations is not responsible for delays that are not due to its own fault or those caused by force majeure.
