At Zart Creations, we want you to love your handmade treasures. Each of our creations is crafted with passion and care, ensuring the highest quality. However, we understand that sometimes expectations might not align, and returns or exchanges may be necessary. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth and fair as possible.
You have the right to return the products you bought within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt and request their replacement or refund!
CAUTION!
The products and their packaging must be in excellent condition (not used) and must be accompanied by all accompanying documents (receipt, labels, etc.). Returns that do not meet the above conditions will NOT be accepted and will be returned at your own expense.
All changes are made to the purchase price of the product.
CAN I RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
We take 100% responsibility for all the products we have sent. If your product has a defect in materials or construction, call the Customer Service Center at +30 22410 21801 and we will suggest a solution.
COST OF RETURNS
- The return cost for changes is FREE.
- The replacement cost (new product shipping) is €5.00 and you pay upon receipt of the new parcel.
ATTENTION: In order for the above to be valid, the return must be made exclusively with ACS Courier. In any case, all costs must be covered by the customer.
